मनीष सिसोदिया 20 मार्च तक के लिए न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजे गये, गए तिहाड़ जेल

NewDehi : दिल्ली के पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम मनीष सिसोदिया को 20 मार्च तक के लिए न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजे जाने की खबर आयी है. राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने यह फैसला सुनाया है. खबर है कि सिसोदिया को तिहाड़ जेल ले जाया गया है.. बता दें कि सीबीआई ने दिल्ली की शराब नीति में कथित घोटाले को लेकर सिसोदिया को 26 फरवरी को गिरफ्तार किया था. इसके बाद से वे सीबीआई की हिरासत में थे.

सीबीआई ने कहा कि गवाहों को डराया जा रहा है

सीबीआई ने कहा कि गवाहों को डराया रहे हैं और आम आदमी पार्टी मामले को राजनीतिक रंग दे रही हैं. सीबीआई ने कहा कि कोर्ट द्वारा वारंट जारी करने के बाद ही हमने छापेमारी की थी. इस मामले में जो भी कार्रवाई हुई है, वह सब कोर्ट के संज्ञान में है. सीबीआई ने चिंता जताते हुए कहा कि ऐसा क्यों दिखाया जा रहा है कि सीबीआई अवैध काम कर रही है. सीबीआई की दलील के बाद कोर्ट ने सिसोदिया को 20 मार्च तक न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया.उधर, सिसोदिया के वकील ने कहा, यह सही जानकारी नहीं है. मीडिया को मेरे मुवक्किल को नहीं घसीटना चाहिए. इसे भी पढ़ें : भाजपा">https://lagatar.in/time-to-stand-up-against-bjps-corruption-washing-machine-shiv-sena-uddhav-thackeray/">भाजपा
