संविधान दिवस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पीएम मोदी ने कहा, हम देश के दुश्मनों को किसी भी हाल में नहीं बख्शेंगे..

NewDelhi : पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि हमारा संविधान हमारे वर्तमान और भविष्य का मार्गदर्शक है. हमारे संविधान ने हर एक चुनौती का समाधान करने के लिए उचित मार्ग दिखाया है. इसी कालखंड में आपातकाल का समय भी आया था, लेकिन संविधान ने उसका भी समाधान निकाला. संविधान के वजह से आज जम्मू-कश्मीर में बाबा साहेब का संविधान पूरी तरह से लागू हुआ है. आज वहां पहली बार संविधान दिवस मनाया गया है. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में संविधान दिवस समारोह में बोल रहे थे.

मुंबई आतंकवादी हमले के पीड़ितों को श्रद्धांजलि दी

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने  इस अवसर पर मुंबई आतंकवादी हमले के पीड़ितों को श्रद्धांजलि दी. पीएम ने देश के इस संकल्प को दोहराया कि भारत की सुरक्षा को चुनौती देने वाले  आतंकवादी समूहों को मुंहतोड़ जवाब दिया जायेगा.  कहा कि मुबंई पर हुए आतंकी हमले (26/11 )की बरसी भी है,  हम देश के दुश्मनों को किसी भी हाल में नहीं बख्शेंगे. 26 नवंबर, 1949 को संविधान सभा में डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद द्वारा व्यक्त किये गये शब्दों को याद करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि उन्होंने कहा था कि भारत को ईमानदार लोगों के एक समूह से अधिक कुछ नहीं चाहिए, जो देश के हितों को अपने हितों से ऊपर रखेंगे, राष्ट्र प्रथम की यह भावना कई  सदियों तक संविधान को जीवित रखेगी.

पीएम ने कहा आज भारत परिवर्तन के इतने बड़े दौर से गुजर रहा है, ऐसे समय में हमारा संविधान हमें रास्ता दिखा रहा है. भारत के भविष्य का मार्ग, अब सपनों और संकल्पों की सिद्धि का है. आज हर एक देशवासी का लक्ष्य भारत को विकसित बनाना है. बीते सालों में देश में लोगों के बीच आर्थिक और सामाजिक समानता लाने के लिए कई कदम उठाए गए. आज भारत वो देश है जो हर गरीब परिवार को 5 लाख रुपए तक की मुफ्त इलाज की सुविधा देता है. देश के हजारों जन औषधि केंद्रों पर 80 फीसदी डिस्काउंट पर मिलती है.

पीएम से पूर्व कार्यक्रम को सीजेआई संजीव खन्ना ने संबोधित किया

पीएम से पूर्व कार्यक्रम कों संबोधित करते हुए सीजेआई संजीव खन्ना ने कहा कि संविधान न्यायिक समीक्षा के लिए अदालतों को शक्ति प्रदान करता है. हम जनहित याचिका पर विचार करते हैं और मामलों का निर्णय लेने में मदद के लिए एमाइकस नियुक्त करते हैं. जज के रूप में दृष्टिकोण और आलोचना मायने रखती है. खुला और पारदर्शी होना न्यायपालिका की सबसे बड़ी ताकत है, रचनात्मक होने के लिए उत्तरदायी होने से हम अधिक जवाबदेह बन जाते हैं.
