भूस्खलन और बारिश ने उत्तर बंगाल, सिक्किम में तबाही मचाई, 23 की मौत, कई लापता

Kolkata : भूस्खलन और भारी बारिश ने उत्तर बंगाल और सिक्किम में तबाही मचा दी है. खबर है कि दार्जिलिंग और कालिम्पोंग जिलों में पुल टूटने, भूस्खलन और बाढ़ के कारण अब तक 23 लोगों की मौत हो गयी है. यह आंकड़ा बढ़ सकता है. कई लोग लापता बताये जाते हैं.

एनडीआरएफ, स्थानीय प्रशासन और आपदा प्रबंधन की टीम राहत-बचाव कार्य में जुट गयी है. जानकारी के अनुसार मूसलाधार बारिश के कारण सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान दार्जिलिंग, कालिम्पोंग और सिक्किम में हुआ है. मिरिक और सुकिया इलाके में कई जगहो पर लैंड स्लाईड होने की सूचना है.

दार्जिलिंग के मिरिक में लैंडस्लाइड से छह लोगों की मौत हो गयी है. सड़कों पर कई मलबों को अंबार जमा हो गया है. यातायात बाधित है. सिक्किम से संपर्क टूट गया है.

मिरिक और कुर्सेओंग को जोड़ने वाला दुदिया आयरन ब्रिज के ढहने की खबर है. गया है. सिलीगुड़ी-दार्जिलिंग स्टे हाईवे-12 पर वाहनों की आनाजाना बंद है.

प बंगाल की सीएम ममता बनर्जी ने कहा है कि बाढ़ से प्रभावित परिवारों को सरकार हर संभव मदद देगी. वे आज उत्तर बंगाल दौरे पर जा रही हैं. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और राष्ट्रपति ने दार्जिलिंग आपदा पर गहरा दुख जताया है. उन्होंने हरसंभव मदद का भरोसा दिलाया है

बंगाल पुलिस ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर पोस्ट कर लिखा, शनिवार रात हुई भारी बारिश के कारण दार्जिलिंग की कुछ सड़कों पर पानी भर गया, जिससे यातायात बाधित हुआ.जल्द ही सामान्य यातायात बहाल होने की उम्मीद है. सिखा कि जो पर्यटक फंसे हुए हैं, वे दार्जिलिंग पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष से +91 91478 89078 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं.

टीएमसी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव अभिषेक बनर्जी, विपक्ष के नेता सुवेंदु अधिकारी, भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष समिक भट्टाचार्य ने घटना पर शोक व्यक्त किया है. उन्होंने राज्य सरकार से अविलंब तत्काल राहत सामग्री पहुंचाने और संचार नेटवर्क बहाल करने की मांग की है.
